We report on the annual UK Exopolitics conference which took place at the University of Leeds in August 2011. Some people think events such as 9/11 and 7/7 should not be disscussed at Exopolitics events, but many disagree. Anthony Beckett who organises the annual conference is seeking a new venue for the 2012 event, if you know of one please let us know. Day 3 of the 2011 conference was entitled "Human Encounters with Aliens", which explored the question of contact and whether it has already occurred as many people now believe. In part 3 we are joined by Andrew Johnson who shares his views on the exopolitics issues. Andrew has spoken at all 3 conferences so far and examined evidence for a UFO Disclosure in his 2011 talk, entitled "Strands of Disclosure".
