It also makes my blood boil seeing Eton Dave making all the "right" noises on the phone hacking saga to camera

All of them are bloody good actors first and foremost, and being a psychopath seems to be in the job description these days.

Yeah - 'call-me-Dave' will be trying to squirm out of it like the pompous prigg (old Etonian term) he is. I'm not on-the-ball like others but I wonder, could this be an ideal opportunity for another false-flag op?

Hi PoppyMeze nice to see you post again. Eton Dave's ex-adviser and matey boy Andy Coulson has now been arrested in connection with the phone hacking saga. He must of told a load of bare faced lies. Eton Dave made an amazing admission at his press conference this morning that he had been guilty of cosying up to the media. Now hang on a moment. I thought the arse was supposed to serve and have the best interests of the people at heart. Not creep up the bottoms of Mucky Murdoch's Media Machine. I cant say he was elected to serve because this is not the case.
If you judge people by their friends Eton Dave is in deep shit looking at Coulson and Rebecka Brookes. This is before you look at Osbourne and Haig. Etons Dave's gang stinks.
Soundbite Dave called for a full public enquiry into the phone hacking scandal this morning, what a pity he isn't doing the same in respect of the whole of 7/7. Or how about a public enquiry into bombing Libya and pumping depleted uranium munitions into the enviroment ?
Eton Dave only considers his corporate and banking bosses and the agenda of the elite.

I am a little concerned that Eton Dave and his gang will exploit the situation to introduce official press regulation. Censorship would be just a small step away.

Here's some interesting viewing :-

This is the latest clip by The Unhived Mind, who asks,
"Have you wondered why the last I.M.F head, Dominique
Strauss-Kahn was removed and attacked so viciously
and so swiftly? Wondering why Timothy Geithner is
about to leave his position? Well, here's more insight
for you."

Among his many jaw-dropping claims, narrated in a thick
Northern English accent, The Unhived Mind says that the
Russian P-700 Granit missile that struck the Pentagon on
9/11 was fired from a French- or Israeli-adapted submarine
(presumably a Russian one).

Just look at Hungary and what happened to the press there when the government decided to regulate. The French papers printed virtually nothing about the Strauss-Kahn affair as they were cowed into silence.

I don't read the Screws and avoid all other Murdoch products whenever possible. What they did was despicable but I wonder about the timing of all this. The government has long wanted to rein in the Fourth Estate and Murdoch has handed them a gift that they'd be stupid to pass up. Why would such a powerful and savvy man permit his employees to run amok in such a fashion? Why is Rebecca Brooks still employed while the rest of the Screws staff get *ahem*screwed?

Murdoch has a nasty habit of throwing his employees to the wolves to placate the politicians. He moved the Sun lock, stock, and barrel to Wapping, causing mass unemployment in the print shop, and was lauded to high heaven by the Tories for his union bashing. In my opinion, Murdoch is the de facto head of state in this country, much as Berlusconi rules the roost in Italy.

When all this had died down - and it will - the NOTW will be re-branded, Murdoch will get his 100% ownership of Sky, and his stake in the British media will go from 40% up to who-knows-what. Count on it.

I'm wouldn't be suprised if she has something on the Murdochs. The paper reviewer on Sky News this morning said she knew where the skeletons were buried.

I laugh when the news pundits say that the News of the World is a British institution , to me it was a load of old tat basing its sales on bum and tit scandals.

It was quite interesting in the mess huts on building sites. The guys would pull out their Sun, Mirror and Sport compare the tits, discuss the I'm a celebrity or X factor ratings, read the jokes and cartoons and then chuck the rags into the bin. The newspapers had served their purpose as an adult comic providing a diversion of the lowest possible common denominator.

The days of the newspaper as a provider of news are numbered as people get real time news on numerous more convienient platforms.

Don't forget football.

Wasn't always that way. There was a time when the British working class was politically savvy. The Mirror was a damned good paper boasting journalists like the late Paul Foot and a good sports desk with the likes of Frank McGhee. It dealt with issues that pertained to the working class and throughout the grim days of Heath, stood by the miners and helped bring about the end of Tory government. It's a pity that this didn't happen before Ted the Teeth dragged us illegally into the EEC, but that's too bad.

The Sun was always a joke. The only time I ever bought it was when a local girl who was in the year below me appeared on page 3 at the age of 16 (Kay Anderton). Maxwell destroyed the Mirror. My old man worked for the Mirror in the print shop for donkey's years and fell victim to Cap'n Bob's pension scam. Little did I know that many years later, I would face similar ruin when my pension fund went down the shitter courtesy of Lehman Brothers.

I feel sad about the destruction of the working class, killed by sick social engineering and the dumbing-down of a once-great education system. They killed off apprenticeships and turned us all into a nation of "customer service" slaves, dedicated to serving our betters. Well f*** that for a game of soldiers. Dead is the social contract.

The plans of the NWO are succeeding beyond their wildest dreams. There's no militant working class left to stand up to them. When we do bite back, they set their stormtroopers on us with their dogs and guns, and if people like Ian Tomlinson get killed in the process, well that's just tough shit. They murdered innocent Londoners on 7/7 in order to increase their stranglehold on us. They watch every move we make with their damned CCTV, and feed us on a steady diet of stupid, inane, banal, celebrity shite. That tells me that deep down, they are very afraid. They are scared that if the people wake up, they'll end up like Mr. and Mrs Ceaucescu did; against a wall. That day can't come soon enough.

There are a few interlectuals and well read tradesmen. Unfortunately a lot of youngsters didn't get the best start or oppurtunity. There is a lot of slotting into the mentality to find your place in the pecking order, if the cap fits wear it sort of thing. I found the interaction quite interesting. I was always in a supervisory position as project manager or engineer and found the so called rough diamonds a lot more honerable than the two faced devious company men. Most relationships on site are based upon respect which is normally governed by ability.

So many unanswered questions! Apparently there is no TV show lined up with the BBC.

Personally i think he is finished, I cant see him coming back from this. He needs to show exactly why he has changed his mind in detail. I wont hold my breath.

Your dead right on that one. A mention of the subjects discussed here would have you branded a nutter and you would of ended up with a nick name that would of stuck with you for the rest of your life.
