Another thing i noticed...... both the prosecution and defense barristers were women. And of the two, i must say that the prosecution seemed to have the edge in experience. As for the judge...... he did spend a bit of time casting his evil eye over the public gallery, which mostly looked like they had just come from an anti-capitalist march through London ! long hair and flasks of tea in their bags lol, other than the pretty young lady who i was sitting next to tee hee hee

Thanks AS for these updates - I look forwad to any more that can reach these pages - from you or others.

Interesting to see how they are trying to 'invent' a (sub)case against him around the 'threat' posed by a padded envelope! These legal types can be very clever by introducing 'ideas' even when they have no basis in fact. Of course it is all well and good for the remarks to be stricken and for the jury to disregard - but we all know that once you've heard something it cannot be forgotten - and if there is the slightest shred of doubt it 'could' influence the decision of one or two jury memebers - no smoke without fire basis.

I also find it odd that witnesses are potentially being denied who might be able to bolster Hill's defence case. It smacks of those child abuse cases where parents are the first to be accused and last to be notified of medical and other evidence. I think particularly of the case where 3-4 kids were taken and ADOPTED from a family and only after careful research it was found that the subject boy had a brittle bone gene and the slightest knock could bring him to harm. That couple had another child and feared that one would also be taken and fled to Ireland. Despite their innocence - the adoption cannot be reversed and they can have no access to the other children until the youngest reaches 18. I just hope that they will in the meantime be told that their parents did them no harm and did in fact love them very much.

What have Babestation and the hunt for Bin Laden got in common?

Spend as much money as you like, you'll still never see the cunt.

If Osama bin Laden could hear the sick jokes being told about him, he would be turning in his wave!

Apparently - some important stuff (about him requesting to call the queen to the witness stand) has been discussed behind closed doors or before the jury was put in place. Looks like they are going to stitch him up every possible way they can.

Although, calling for the queen and listening to all the arguments around that would more than likely have brought every juror to the conclusion that he was a crackpot instantly. The average juror would not be aware of the info we all are, they would have had him labelled instantly - so it probably did him a favour that the jury never heard that stuff and can concentrate on the 7/7 evidence instead.

And as for news reports of this case - do you really think they could allow his side out? They won`t do him any favours either.

Many thanks to Allspark for his observations on the AJH case. Admire the bunking off to give moral support.
If jiffy bags cause such concern, maybe we should inundate the courts with them, empty of course.

Today in Mail

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1386262/Alastair-Campbell-did-mislead-Iraq-in quiry-claims-general.html#comments

Confimation from a General that Campbell DID mislead - or LIE - about the sexed up dossier and possible other data provided to make case for war. Quelle surprise!

I've finally had my comment printed and compared AC to AJH, who is a truth seeker rather than a fabricator.

Any updates on progress for AJH today?

SS - love your doctored photo shoot of Obama et al - but shouldn't Clinton have a substantial reefer rather than a touch of Cuban to smoke!

Would not think a second-hand Cuban a very 'tasty' prospect - especially if a gift from hubby!
