"Author David Talbott suggests that all of human history can be seen as just two stories. First, came the story of ancient mythology, when towering gods were said to have ruled the world.

Then came the story of science, emerging from a growing distrust of the myths and a new emphasis on direct observation and reason.

But a third story is possible, according to Talbott, one that sees the underlying provocation of the myths in extraordinary electrical events occurring close to the Earth. That discernment will lead to a new perspective on modern science as well.

A third story IS possible but it requires a reconsideration of both human stories - that of myth and that of "settled science" - seeing both through the fresh lens of the Electric Universe."

I am continuing to enjoy the Thunderbolt images shown in the presentation, carved onto rocks by our ancestors. The famous 'Squatting Man' image, the Trident, are actually a visual representation of electricity in a plasma environment. Some carvings previously perceived as solar symbols are now being seen as images of Saturn, there seems to be link/cross over in mythical history. Talbott suggests that in the past the planets were in a different configuration in space and that Saturn may have been visible. He also talks about the work of Velekovsky who suggested that Venus was a comet and this is why we have the archetype of the plumed serpent, the winged dragon seen throughout our planet. Well worth a watch, he sums things up well and it's only an introductory lecture.

Just finished watching the latest show. Interestingly it ties in with some of the Thunderbolts theories. I found this site which is in defense of Wilson and Blackett and quotes their evidence as well as giving excerpts from texts dealing with the migration of the 10 tribes of Isreal and movement of the planets.

This next chapter is called The Destroyer- could be an astronomical catastrophe. At the same time there are pieces of prophesy. I think a lot of this rings true today:

"A nation of soothsayers shall rise and fall and their tongue shall be the speech learned. A nation of law givers shall rule the Earth and pass away into nothingness. One worship will pass into the 4 quarters of the Earth, talking peace and bringing war.One World Religion?) Fathers will no longer instrct their sons and their sons will be wayward. Women will become the common property of men and will no longer be held in regard and respect."

Ahh, the ark of the covenant- a mobile capacitor perhaps, gold nano particles (?) crystal amplification and acacia wood. Who knows what was actually held inside. Fascinating stuff :)

According to the Bible the Ark contains a number of sacred artifacts including two stone slabs with the Ten Commandments on them which God wrote with His finger. (If God actually has fingers!) But it could be something else. What if there was a UFO crash in the Sinai Desert when Moses and his chums were passing through. After their escape from Egypt and the Promised Land ahead they'd be feeling a bit full of themselves to say the least. Any unexplained object that came down from the sky could well be interpreted as a sign from God. They might have put part of the UFO in the Ark. The stories indicate that the Ark is both intelligent and dangerous. It can be used a weapon. This was why the Nazis were after it in the film "Raiders of the Lost Ark".

It must be frustrating to come across that wall in the cliff where Jesus' cross is mean to be. I noticed that one of them pulled away one of the stones by hand. It must be tempting just to pull the whole lot down.

I saw a TV show once, can't remember which one, that said there is positive evidence that there was a comet impact in the 5th or 6th century AD. Impact craters were discovered in Argentina or Chile. It was a widely distributed shotgun-like impact with a large number of small objects instead of one big one. Could this be the one that also devastated Britain?

Id seen that as well but cant remember where. Id think this is definitely possible, as quite often huge craters are found in other places as well.

When on way home from my daughters on Bank Holiday Monday the road was closed due to workmen doing cables for new windfarm on Sweethope so I had to drive an extra 15 miles, which I didnt appreciate, but I noticed something Ive never noticed before. There were several huge mounds, one in each field for quite some distance, all grassed, but the sides were cut like terraces (is that the name they use on tea growing?). It looked odd, so I stopped & took a few pics. When I got home & put on my pc, they had little buildings on top with aerials. Only thing I could think of was maybe something to do with Army Camp about 20 miles away. Was just off A68 in Northumberland. Rather desolate area, the odd farm buildings, not good grazing area, lots of gorse bushes & sheep, sheep & more sheep.

Any ideas? Ive seen similar around other military places. Not quite the same though.

Or an angel descending in a flaming chariot... Also if you refer to the Maud Dibh RP interview does he not basically state that according to the Quran it was a UFO that sat on top of Mount Sinai?
