Noticed an add for Gaviscon on the T.V. last night, wondered if the increase in upset stomachs had anything to do with food contaminated with GMO's?

The company has had 12 years of booming growth. That's despite a whistle blower appearing on newsnight showing how they were defrauding the NHS of millions of pounds with their Gaviscon product.

http://www.standard.co.uk/business/10m-fine-for-reckitt-benckiser-over-gaviscon-sales -to-nhs-6524842.html

The fine was reduced because they admitted early on that they were guilty. Not quite true they vehemently denied the charge and said the facts had been misrepresented. When newsnight showed them the papers that the whistle blower had provided them, they changed their minds.

This company make a big deal of their "helping" the community image. Big sponsor of children in need, planting two million trees in British Columbia etc etc. All the while they are screwing their customers for their own and shareholders profit.

Their boss man was paid 34 million in 2008

Oh and these are the side effects, they do not sound good.

allergic reactions such as urticaria or bronchospasm
anaphylactic reactions
central nervous system problems - these may happen in people with kidney problems

You will never guess where Monsanto's Glyphosate is turning up,or should it be where it is being released from?

More evidence - if any were needed - that this is more about these cunts insane desire to kill off 90% of the human race making lots of money in the process. If you think about it - and I'm not sure how many do - eating/being exposed to GM products, is; let's face it, probably not too good a thing to put in your body. I've recently become more aware of this filthy bloody stuff Aspartame which is injected into a lot of products you may not think it would be, and the more I learn about Aspartame the less I want it inside me. You really have to have your wits about you, if, when you do the weekly shop, you think to yourself, "Hmmm, better not buy too much processed food..." and, following the mantra that fresh, local, organic food must be the best of all, you'll need more money to pay for it too.
What I find ironic on a personal level, is that after all these years of ingesting all manner of intoxicants, and all the potential health things that may lead to, I am now more acutely aware than ever of the importance of eating correctly. To the point that I am now buying the best quality food available to me and considering, get this - physical exercise!!! Steady on, Kozmik. I think I'll buy a push bike.

The governments Environment Minister Owen Patterson is making it very clear that he wants GMO's in England.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-22967571

The article dos not mention the E.U. countries that have banned/burned GMO crops nor does it mention the reports that have found that GMO's actually use more pesticides and fertilizer.

Nor does it mention the countries that stopped all imports of wheat from America when it was discovered that it was contaminated with a strain of wild GMO wheat.

Should be interesting to listen to what Mr. Patterson has to say on the radio 4 Today Program at 8.10 am

Can you all get as many links about the detriment of GMO, and send them to the BBC ask your friend if they will do the same.

What with Fracking and now this they are really out to damage our health under the guise of looking after us.

Don't it give ya the right fukin hump !

GMO crops is the end game. For sure it is death in the waiting to us all.
Where the fuk are the real whistleblowers ? There must be people in high office somewhere who have the information to blow this wide open. Why the fuck don't they stand up and be counted ? The info coming from the likes of Snowden and Assange is fuck all compared to what should really be told to the masses. The evil hands behind GMO crops cannot be stopped by silly protests. Get a grip.
We have been eating sufficient food for hundreds of thousands of years. There is plenty of food if it is grown at the local level and in the right way. There is plenty of room on this planet for the populations of the world ( but not if you squeeze them all into cities and entice them to eat shit ). What sort of fukin idiot would instigate 'alternative 3' when we have all we need here ? I am even more convinced that the death of the bees has been instigated by those who wish to advance GMO crops. Apart from LaViolette's theory of the 'galactic superwave' ( the theory that the pre deluvian cataclysm that wiped out most of the ancient advanced civilisations was a galactic superwave eminating from the galactic core and one of the most powerful energetic phenomenon in the galaxy ) instigating some sort of preparation below ground, in mountains, and off-world, what is the reason for these madmen trying to kill us off ?

Why would you make a April fools joke program containing the following narrative ?
Alternative 3.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=peE9Nc_pK0k

Looking back at this film which was made in the 70's and forgetting that it consisted of actors who's names had been changed from the 'real people', what do we make of a film who's facts actually check out in lots of areas ? Because if you don't believe this films story, then you don't believe most of the convincing conspiracy theories pertaining to the moon and mars.

Here is the interview that the Environment secretary gave to the "Today" program about GMO crops.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-22982408

If I was to go through point by point the errors/lies we would be here all night. Lets just pick a few.

He said people were letting emotions and politics get in the way of the facts. his pepole had found over 50 tests, from 2000 to 2012 that showed gmo was safe.

What about Dr. Arpad's tests that showed gmo potato was not safe in 2007?

http://www.organicconsumers.org/articles/article_4651.cfm

For two days he was feted as a hero, then fired. Funny how negative reports on gmo's stopped. Anyone know what happened to that potato?

He said the E.U.'s chief scientists all state that gmo's are safe, there are no detrimental effects on either animal or human health.

So the French scientists who did a long term experiment showing the effects of gmo fed to rats, that showed cancers, tumors and sterility do not count. Nor the experiment with pigs, that show inflammation of the intestinal tract.

I would love to have the address or phone number of the North Carolina farmer who said, that thanks to planting gmo, he was able to get rid of his sprayer.

His most galling claim was that the poor farmers of India were embracing gmo as it was boosting their crops and reducing their costs. I think he said it was a boon for them.
So why have over 100,000 Indian farmers who signed up to growing Monsanto's products, committed suicide?

He claimed that the next generation of gmo would actually make humans more healthy.
Saying that gmo Golden Rice had been developed to stop poor children from going blind. It was being offered free but no one was using it and millions of children were permanently blind because of willful ignorance.
Very emotive, sounds like he did some research on this point.
He probably got his information from this site.

http://www.npr.org/blogs/thesalt/2013/03/07/173611461/in-a-grain-of-golden-rice-a-wor ld-of-controversy-over-gmo-foods

Note the involvement of the Rockefeller Foundation in wanting to boost the harvest of the poor people.

I wonder if he or his staff, came across this website, that asks more pertinent questions about Golden Rice. Like why be dependent on this one particular crop to do the job of solving vitamin A deficiency? Why has Vitamin A deficiency become a problem now, when it was not before?

Would you believe that the IMF is actually responsible?

http://www.bangmfood.org/feed-the-world/17-feeding-the-world/37-golden-rice-a-dangero us-experiment

To say I was disappointed with the interview is a major understatement. It was full of half truths, contradictions and out right lies.
The BBC knew he was coming, it was the main interview of the day and they either did no research to counter his statements or they did and did not pull him up. How can they not know about the Indian farmers committing suicide?

In the good old days of Brian Redhead doing the interviews. There was no way a politician would have gotten away with those kind of statements.

You are a multi billion, agri chemical/gmo company. You are facing a multi million dollar law suit against one of your main selling products. Do you prepare your case as most do using facts and evidence or do you uses these methods?

http://stratrisks.com/geostrat/13395

This is something out of the John Grisham novel,The Run Away Jury. It also explains why Monsanto got the protection rider inserted into an agricultural support bill.

Is the stuff made with something like aluminium hydroxide? (There's that aluminium word again.)
I know that "Maalox" is (a white, chalky liquid for reflx and acid indigestion) although that also contains magnesium hydroxide and magnesium is good for us, I believe.

My mother has been prescribed Maalox for years but when I learned the "A" stuff was in it I refused to order any more prescriptions.

It makes ya wonder!

My point exactly. If they can't get enough into you disguised as tooth protection they shove it down your neck to make your belly better.
As skippy said, why the increase in stomach disorders?

Great post skipman.
There are some high courts ruling against GMO's such as the Philippines.
Here's James Corbett with a report on it. Also some updates on fucky sheema.
Makes me laugh how the Japanese think they can clean up that place with a garden rake and a shovel !They continue to eat it's food and drink the water..... time to get out of dodge, me thinks.
