After looking at these videos I'm left wondering if we are being prepared for official contact, or if aliens have such control over those in power that they are nor longer bothered about hiding themselves?

or maybe its because there is a change in conciousness on earth. this is info we drastically need. we have been kept in the dark too long?

still both are valid qestions ctriley. :)

If you have seen it, which by your posting you have !!!
I enhanced it, and used an emboss effect, which picks up solid things on the photo i.e. a stuctured craft etc.
No idea what it is, can you give more info on your sighting

MYSTERIOUS lights have been seen above East Herts again, when an "orange object" was sighted above Standon.

A couple were driving from Standon towards Puckeridge on May 24 when they encountered the UFO at around 10pm.

Startled Persephone Adams described seeing a "large orange object hovering in the sky. It looked nothing like a helicopter, plane or even a hot air balloon, and was hovering quite steadily".

The East Herts and Broxbourne area has been a UFO hotspot in recent weeks with sightings of orange lights in Hertford and Cheshunt and a "teardrop shaped bright white" object also flying above Cheshunt.

A bright and fast object seemingly "overtook" the International Space Station May 29, according to several witnesses observing from two different states, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness database.

The first case was reported from Texas, where a man and two other witnesses were out watching the International Space Station fly over, and then observed this second object - moving at between two and-a-half and three times the speed of the space station.

A stargazer claims he may have spotted a UFO flying over Sutton Leach.
X-Files fan Lee Caldwell says he spotted a "weird red light" flying low over the Leach Lane area.

He said: "I'm into space and physics and tried to dispute what I was seeing, but I couldn't. People might think it was a Chinese lantern, but it wasn't - it was moving far too fast and seemed to change shape.

Is it me or have photographed/videoed evidence improved
with computer technology ?
Perhaps humans are unaware that they can create alien
craft through pure thought, then catch it on camera.
What a load of bollocks !
Can`t believe I just said that.

Having watched the Gateshead Grey documentary I can confirm that I too saw some ufo's in Bensham, Gateshead in 2005/6 when I worked in that area of the town on nightshift. I also saw a large jet black craft fly quite slowly above my house with deft silence preceeded by 5 lights exactly 5 minutes apart.

Exclusive: UFO sighting in the skies above Burnham-On-Sea

A mystery UFO has been spotted in the skies over Burnham-On-Sea by a group of youngsters, who filmed it on a mobile phone.

Jordan Gilroy and several friends watched the unidentified orange ball in the sky while they were outside Burnham Area Youth Centre on Saturday May 30th at 10.20pm.

Jordan told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "It was getting pretty dark and we noticed a strange orange blob in the sky. It got lower and brighter over time - it seemed like it was on fire. As it came into more focus, it was quite large in size and circular."

"It hovered over us, but made no noise or anything, so we ruled out it being any kind of aircraft. It hovered for a while, then drifted off until is was no longer in sight."

Jordan says he and several friends are still baffled by the sighting: "It shook me and my friends up for a couple days and we have had heated discussions on what it was. The video quality from my mobile phone was bad and didn't do it justice."

Several sightings of similar orange lights were reported in Cambridgeshire by The Daily Telegraph here during the same week. Burnham-On-Sea.com also reported on an object spotted over Brean, near Burnham, last summer.

A MYSTERY has been sparked by the sighting of strange objects flying over Stamford.
Janet Garratt and her friend Margaret Fox saw two oval-shaped objects falling above Lonsdale Road before stopping mid-air and then zooming off into the distance.

Mrs Garratt described one of the objects as being yellow, orange and red while the ot

her was black and said that they flew at the same height on Wednesday last week.

RAF Wittering said that they were flying on that day but no military activity happened over Stamford.

Mrs Garratt, of Cottesmore Road, Stamford says that she would like to know what these objects are.

She said: "I don't really know what it was. It was nothing I had seen before.

"I am open-minded on what it is but I thought perhaps the Mercury might find out that something was going on.

"There might be somebody else who might have seen it."

Mrs Garratt was visiting her friend Mrs Fox when they spotted the objects falling at about 11am before stopping at an estimated two house lengths above the ground.

Mrs Garratt said: "All of a sudden they just stopped dead in the air and did a bit of hovering and were both level at the same height.
"Then they took off at speed.

"I couldn't believe what I was watching."

Wittering spokesman Flt LFt Kerry Shardlow said: "We did have flying on that day but our aircraft would not do low flying. They do not fly over Stamford.

"There were no military operations taking in the area that we know of."

RHYL UFO MYSTERY
Published Date: 11 June 2009
SCORES of readers have contacted The Journal following a story we ran this week on strange lights being spotted over Rhyl.
The Journal reported how the lightshow left one resident baffled as to whether she had spotted a UFO.
Sharon Clark was relaxing at her home in Meredith Crescent when she first spotted the strange lightshow at around 10.30pm on Saturday May 30.
She said she was in the living room when she looked out of the window and there was a light above her back garden which went on towards town and disappeared. Sharon's next close encounter happened 40 minutes later when she was in her back garden and spotted the lights again.
She said: "It was a bright orange ball which you could quite clearly see. It was twinkling but not making any noise as it passed."
Sharon, who telephoned her neighbour to tell her what she had just seen, learned that four other people had also witnessed the phenomenon.
Despite labelling the sighting "really bizarre" it would appear that Sharon was not alone in witnessing strange going's on in the night sky that evening.
Up to 50 sightings have been reported in three locations across the UK over the last fortnight.
An appeal for other people who witnessed the phenomena to contact us has proved successful with some readers left bemused and others putting forward their own theories on what they could be.
Mark O'Meara, of Clwyd Ave, wrote: "I've just read your article about the orange lights in the sky and I saw one about that time over the sea.
"I went out into the garden for a cig looked up and saw a bright orange ball falling down from the sky, it stayed orange for a while then turned black. The sky was still pretty light over the sea so I could see it as it turned black.
"I'm pretty sure it fell into the sea. I just thought it was a shooting star, but this one was closest one I've ever seen."
Mr Turner e-mailed us to say: "I was sitting in my back garden on Saturday night (May 30) at about 10.45pm when I saw a bright orange ball in the sky so i got my phone taken a picture of it see attach."
Laura Williams contacted us saying: "My dad and I also saw the lights in the sky on Saturday 30th May.
"We were at home in Mount Road, St Asaph.
"My dad saw them first and witnessed 3 red lights going towards Cwm very slowly followed by another red light which was then followed by two white ones and a third white one remained stationery and had a firework type light appear next to it.
"The white ones seemed to be going quicker than the red.
"I only saw the last red one, the two white moving ones and the white stationery. I thought that they were sky lanterns which I had seen whilst in Austria at new year, and thought perhaps someone had had them at a wedding in Bodelwyddan Castle."
G Burnell, of Prestatyn, believed they had cracked the mystery.
"The lights in the sky are more than likley Khoom Fay sky lanterns, they are the latest craze and can be bought on the internet.
"They go for miles and give an orange glow in the sky, they are about the size of two large bin liners but look a lot bigger when in flight, you can find pictures of them on the Internet."

Does anyone else think that these sky lanterns are probably responsible for for a lot of " orange ball " sightings. It seems likely to me.
Visited " UFO Online by dandare " this evening, lots of interesting links.

Strange Lightning Looks Like Jellyfish

Sprite photo
Oscar van der Velde captured this image of a carrot sprite as it flashed above a thunderstorm near the south coast of France in June. Credit: Oscar van der Velde, www.lightningwizard.com

An eerie red figure flashed across the sky above a thunderstorm near the south coast of France, and then it was gone in the blink of an eye.

Atmospheric scientist Oscar van der Velde, standing on his balcony in Sant VicenÁ de Castellet, in Barcelona, Spain, captured the sprite, as it is called, in spectacular detail on the night of June 5. He was more than 150 miles (250 km) away from the storm.

"It was the sixth sprite that night that I could capture, and the second one at this zoom level," said van der Velde, of the Technical University of Catalonia. "This type of sprite is often called a 'carrot.'"

Lasting just three milliseconds to 10 milliseconds, sprites are flashes of light that occur high above the tops of powerful thunderstorms and can travel up to 50 miles (80 km) high in the atmosphere, emitting deep red to near-infrared light.

"The exciting thing about this one is the level of detail revealed in the sprite by zooming in on the sky above storms," van der Velde told LiveScience. "You have to consider that I obtained the image from my own balcony within a small town with very basic equipment: a security camera fitted with a zoom lens, attached to a laptop with detection software."

(He used UFOCapture, motion capture software that starts recording when luminous phenomena are detected.)

Their brevity and somewhat erratic nature have made sprites elusive study subjects.

In fact, scientists are still trying to figure out just what causes sprites, with some attributing the electrical bursts to lightning and others to meteoric dust, gravity waves or something else completely. The flashes also have been linked with UFO sightings.

"Sprites are very difficult to observe with the naked eye, because they last no longer than the blink of an eye," van der Velde said. "And the light of the lightning flash from the distant storm top underneath is usually catching the attention instead."

He added, "This is also the reason why sprites were discovered only in 1989, which is even later than the discovery of Pluto! Many people, including pilots, have seen these phenomena for decennia [decades], but without proof, scientists remained skeptical."

(In 1989, cameras onboard the STS-34 space shuttle mission recorded sprites as the spacecraft passed over a thunderstorm in northern Australia.)

By studying the structure of sprites, van der Velde said, scientists hope to learn more about lightning, such as cloud-to-ground flashes and so-called spider lightning, among other atmospheric topics.
