can not be made up at all, or confused with fantasy or psychotic delusion.

so why did you ask? are you going to say that patients are harrassed with MC because their accounts will be dismissed as lunacy?

Certainly not.I ask because this is exactley what my wife is going through and has been for the past 15years.Of course because it doesnt tick the right boxes she is labelled as a mental health patient. The pic of the grey you posted is exactley what she see's in our bedroom at the bottom of our bed, which leaves her in a paralized state till she wakes screaming.
I cant dismiss it as mental illness just because I havent experienced it.I told her to ask them to take me aswell but she doesnt seem to be able too make contact with them herself.Knowing what she was like before this started ( 38years together ) It is totally not "dismissed as lunacy" by me.
Thankyou for replying lazyhorse.Hope they leave the 2 of you alone. It would scare the crap out of me.Cheers.P.T.

sorry to hear that pt. i didn't post a picture. do you mean joe's piccy? anyway, has your wife tried shouting at it / them? in my book, that is the clearest boldest powerfullest statement of will short of force or violence. i mean shouting mentally, not physically, though shouting physically would of course involve the mental act. telepathic beings will not like being shouted at, and cannot ignore the clear dismissal as i belive they do often abide by a kind of ghost code or law, and are not supposed to act against peoples' will, hence all the trouble gone to to decieve people into dodgy contracts, by these demon types.

you said she is asleep whilst this is happening. that makes things difficult. she is likely not to remember any new method. perhaps you could both make clear your dismissal of the entity in a bold stern way in what would amoount to a brief ad hoc ceremony, but don't feel like new age chumps, the demonstration of will will be evident to psychic visitors. a physical artifact placed in the environment which embodies the same stern dismissal would, i believe, have power too. i have drawn a sign on my bedroom door with my finger, and because i know what it means, the visitors will know what it means. it means "access denied".

good luck mate. you could ask wensam what she would do aswell.

by the way, this event you describe reminds me of the succubus type entity / experience, with the paralysis. any pressure on the chest?

That pic above really gives me the willies, as my old nan would say. I most certainly would NOT like to awaken to that, I tell you... A few years ago I would regularly wake up screaming my head off from a - nightmare - about aliens. Doesn't happen nearly so often nowadays, thank God

I couldn't in all honesty call my experiences abduction, but repeated dreaming about them ain't pleasant either.

I did say that its very unusual for a non abductee to see UFOs esp on multiple occasions some time ago.

Yeah, I wake up screaming a lot too, well its more of a howl as my paralysed body strains to "pull free".

then i wake from a dream scene where they are in my flat, but the layout is slightly different.

That is quite normal for dreams/lucid dreams/astral projection, its called "subjectivity" basically its just a reflection that you don't see thing perfectly objectively in the waking state ( only "masters" can do that ) its perfectly normal, but you can draw symbolic reference from it about your own state of mind etc.

I can't say I'm surprised that anyone with your interests / slant on things gets visited when you live so close to Menwith Hill.

( Being of a certain "disposition" / more awake / on a higher vibration means that you "light up" & become "of interest", maybe you are also of a bloodline of interest too )

Ok, so what's this then?

I occasionally nod off into a very vivid 'dream' if you like. No booze. (I haven't touched a drop for weeks now as it only makes my pains, IBS, acid reflux etc so much worse.)

I really don't know how to explain it but everything is logical, normal but somewhere else and somehow different to the 'real world'. They're like mini sleeps. Often they last only a short few minutes, even less, down to a minute or so.

Now I can't understand how I could fall asleep at say 5:30pm, be in REM sleep, dream and wake before 5:35 with vivid recollections of the dream, the memory of which vanishes in a few seconds leaving absolutely no traces of the dream other than it was very real. I reckon this happens around 3 or 4 times a week and has done for a few years now.

It just isn't logical to me to be in a REM state and back out in such a short time.

I'm not taking the P nor do I suffer from lack of ability to concentrate unless it's something boring the arse off me.

planettraveller: because there seems to be no direct line of cummunication with your gray, as your wife is asleep (and paralysed) and you are not directly involved, i have asked "my grays" (nicely this time) to see if your wife's entity is one of theirs, and if it is, to leave her alone or be more considerate. i will remind them next time they are more clearly present.
they say the grays have a hive mind, so there's a good chance your gray is affiliated, and it may filter through. worth a try anyway.

nordsee: what you describe reminds me of the dream flashes we can get when sleep deprived. theres a story of a native american woman who never slept, and when she blinked she dreamed.

You are most fortunate nordsee220, in having those types of dreams, these are mini "lucid dreams" you are experiencing, and can be developed into something much more...

If you want to remember your dreams, then write them down immediately as soon as you wake up or use some recording device; as you know most dreams are fleeting, so you cannot rely on memory.

Your experience of having short bursts of dreams like this, reminds me of a TV series I used to watch years ago called "Escape Into Night" (1972). URL

It was about a little girl that was bedridden, and she spent most of her time sketching a simple house in her drawing book and when she became too tired to draw any more, she would fall into a lucid dream state (this would happen frequently). And on each occasion, it was the same lucid dream, where this strange house would appear (the one she had just drawn) in the dreams and she would enter the house each time - quite a spooky story, with a moral twist at the end of the series...

Joe is right- write them down and enjoy!
I used to be able to do this, not freely (during long lectures at uni), it happened when I was younger- don't get any peace and quite these days!

Thankyou very much lazyhorse anything that would help is great. Are people like my mrs classed as mental health patients because TPTB say thats how its gotta be.I will try the mind talking but cant mention it to her because she is very suspicious, even of me.She has had the pressure of being held down but because she has so much medication she doesnt remember in the morning unless I tell her what was going on.I wondered if they take her spirit and leave the body in bed.Who knows. All very odd lazyhorse but thanks again sir.Your a gent.P.T.

Yes shout as loud as you can through telapathy but its got to be loud. I have done this several times, at times they even tell me to stop shouting even if I am thinking loud. Put a very blight on when you know they are about this may also shase them away.
