Has anyone heard of the Valon?

They are from the 37th furthest galaxy, they built ships that hold 900,000. They are supposed to be highly advanced,re their ship building and travelling here. Yet were very surprised to find humans living on this planet when they got here. Hmmm its usually a good idea to send scouts ahead before you leave a place en mass.

The amusing part is reading what plans the various factions came up with,to rid earth of its pesky inhabitants.

Thanks Skipman, best bit of light entertainment I've read in awhile ;)))) the Valon, sounds like Avelon....
It's all 'woo' a new term if discovered, meaning mainly nonsense . Still a good read, with the odd idea to be seriously entertained- like stuff relating to ancient India, the Vedas bus no one ever wants to explore that area too much, we might learn something.

It sounds like a fairy story skipman, with no substance to back up any of the claims mentioned. I would like to know who makes up all these stories and where did they get their information from!

So true Wensam. The Indian mathematicians were way ahead of the Greeks but I have only come across one reference to that fact.

Hi skipman, would you care to share that particular reference?

It would make a great movie!
The article mentions Madame Blavatsky, as anyone read her book the secret doctrine ?
I had a go at it last year but it was hard work, I couldn't make any sense of it, a bit like the valon!

I was watching a documentary about the Indian astronomers and the observatories that they built with the help of the Mughal ruler at Jantar Mantar

The presenter gave a history of Indian mathematics and his shame at the western civilizations ignoring the contribution to maths they had made,re pi, sines and co sines.

This guy fascinates me. He claims that most of his stuff came to him in dreams. There are slight undertones towards alien assistance. Many of his theories are now understood and are being used in modern physics. These are the sorts of proofs that we need when people claim to be in contact with alien ( oh, ok..... and other dimensions ) intelligence. The problem is that it isn't very often that they ( that's the aliens ) come into contact with someone who can understand what they have to offer...... well, that's what i think anyway.

And when the person tries to tell everyone what he's learnt; he's called a Nutter & ignored or ridiculed

Thanks for the link skipman. The minds back then also had useful arithmetical formula such as how to quickly calculate the square root of a number mentally- damned if I can remember the rule, it's written down somewhere :) As a child I had trouble with the 9 times table, so a kind teacher showed me how to do this using your fingers. Hold both hands out in front of you, so 9x1=9, using your fingers fold down the pinkie of the left hand to reveal 9 fingers left, for 9x2 fold down the ring finger of the left had and you get 1 finger and then another 8= 18 and so on.... brilliant!

I tried to listen to the link you put up AllSpark, but why do they always destroy many videos like this, with over powering music? I love to listen to good music, however, music has its place and it should not get in the way of speech. I could only tolerate the background noise for so long - but not all the way through (I needed to switch it off half way through).

Here is another brilliant way with the 9x table. Very similar to yours Wensam.

1x9=09
2x9=18
3x9=27
4x9=36
5x9=45
6x9=54
7x9=63
8x9=72
9x9=81
10x9=90
In the answer column,the first part increases 0-9 in the second it decreases 9-0
Also the answers from 6x9 on are the reverse of 5x9 down
