IT's life, Leeds, but not as we know it. In fact it could even be a case for Mulder and Skull-y!
This 900-year-old 'alien-human' skull is the star attraction at an intergalactic conference being held at Leeds Metropolitan University on Saturday.

But the gathering of all things extra-terrestrial – organised by the Whole Truth Coalition – is far removed from the marauding space beings and mutant monsters of The X Files and Star Trek.

The Leeds Exopolitics Expo aims to smash the cover-ups and "change government policy toward extraterrestrial related phenomena".

Scientists, researchers and alien conspiracy theorists will get together for a series of lectures to prove that the truth is out there - and now it's arrived in Yorkshire.

American researcher Lloyd Pye has dedicated his working life to the 'Starchild' skull – which he believes is an alien-human hybrid and absolute proof of the presence of extra-terrestrial beings on Earth even hundreds of years ago.

After a European tour, he will now bring his exact replica of the skull to Leeds and will deliver a detailed lecture on its history and significance.

"There is nothing like seeing cold, hard, scientific proof before one's own eyes, and that is precisely what will happen in Leeds," Mr Pye said.

"It has recently happened in Italy, Spain, Poland, and Romania.

"When it comes to alien existence, science demands irrefutable, unbiased, fact-based data.

"The Starchild skull provides that in more than ample amounts, and in a manner that leaves audiences stunned and delighted to be made aware of such an important endeavour unfolding before their eyes."

The story of the 'Starchild Enigma' began in the 1930s with the accidental discovery of an unusual skull in a long-abandoned mine in Mexico.

It looked only "vaguely human" and had elements "unknown in any other bone of any kind existing on planet Earth".

It has continued to be the subject of massive amounts of research.

As well as the Starchild skull, the myth-smashing menu at the Exopolitics Expo will include lectures on UFOs and the National Security State, and an 'exposé' of the 'MoD UFO files and the Milton Torres Sighting'.

Speakers include Nick Pope, a former senior executive officer with the Ministry of Defence who investigated the UFO issue.

The Leeds Exopolitics Expo is the first in what is hoped will become an annual alien-themed gathering in the city.

A spokesman said the international event was "an integral part of a growing advocacy movement aiming to change government policy toward extraterrestrial-related phenomena.

"Since the early 1950s the United States has led a 'truth embargo' on any formal acknowledgement of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.

"Many nations including the United Kingdom are now breaking with this policy and are releasing thousands of classified and previously withheld UFO/ET related files."

The event is open to the public and visitors can register at Leeds Met.

Go to the university's Leslie Silver Building in the Civic Quarter campus or call 07733 32384 or visit www.exopolitics-leeds.co.uk for details.

The Phenomenon of Crop Circles in England – Mysterious Hand at Work or Agrarian Vandalism?
Published by editor News, United Kingdom Jun 28, 2009

Hemantha Abeywardena Writes from London....

crop circle

The season of crop circles has begun in England and as usual, it is going to produce lots of surprises, one of which, inevitably is, the clash between two 'civilizations': those who mock at the unseen while strictly sticking to the doctrine of logic and reason and those who are holy enough to keep an open mind while admitting to their finite thinking capabilities in a humble way.cropcircle_image

Very recently in a barley field in the county Wiltshire, England, an intricate massive 'crop circle' appeared: the 400-ft design is not a circle, though; it represents, according to crop-circle enthusiasts, the rebirth of a mythical creature called phoenix and is bad news for all of us; it implies the end of the era for the present human civilization after running its course and a critical watershed before the next seismic leap – most probably in 2012.

The sheer sizes of the creation, its mind-boggling details, and the breathtakingly-accurate geometry have virtually made the scientists silent on the issue. The may try to come up with an explanation, but haven't come forward to air their views for obvious reason as yet.

Everyone wonders how on earth such a thing was made while pulling wool over the eyes of normally-alert inhabitants. A determined craftsman will take ages to produce such a thing – especially, while trespassing someone else's land.

This is not the first time that the farms in Wiltshire grabbed headlines with regard to the crop circles. A 'crop circle' in the form of a giant jelly fish was observed in the same country in the recent past, which in turn became a tourist attraction.

The most mysterious crop circle found in Wiltshire, England, in recent times was a group of arcs and circles that illustrate a hidden mathematical message. The structure that was 150-feet in diameter, actually represented the first 10 digits of the famous mathematical symbol, pi, which is the same as the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter – 3.141592654, as it is known to even school kids who are not addicted to the abuse of calculator, has been represented including the decimal point and a three dots for its continuation; pi is a number whose decimals never end and remembrance of the sequence is usually used to test one's power of memory.

It is highly unlikely that a bearded-and-bespectacled mathematician made an unauthorized entry into an agricultural land to produce a magnificent creation of that kind risking both his reputation and his life – for that matter. So, the finger of suspicion is directed at a mysterious force that hasn't been accounted for, as yet. Some argue it is an UFO – unidentified flying objects – that did the trick in a matter of split second.

There have been hoaxers who used to produce crop circles by using a plank of wood and a long rope while taking patience in their stride. Two middle-aged men from southern England have already owned up to some of the crop circles in equally mysterious circumstances: when one was forced to account for relatively high mileage of his car by his better-half, he has to divulge the details to the latter to save his marriage, before she smelt an extra-marital affair while the man mimicking the things assigned for extra terrestrials; the two friends travelled long distances deeper into the countryside in search for unsuspecting landlords to make crop circles – a coded-reference to the destruction of crops.

The wife in question may have been good at spotting husband's movements – but, not good at keeping things secret. The pair was exposed as the hoaxers who were responsible for some of the crop circles in the English countryside – fairly simpler ones of course; they have been vulnerable for prosecution for damaging private property.

However, the hoaxers can never take the credit for the complex ones, because the process takes a lot of time, even during the day. Therefore, creating them at night is next to impossible while escaping the prying eyes of modern technology.

The plants have been bent – a few inches above the ground – in the formation of the crop circles. Since the stems have not been crushed in the middle of the process, the hand of amateurism is easily ruled out. Moreover, the stems in the region of bending, have grown relatively fast compared with the rest; it implies the suddenness of the event. Of course, then comes the geometric or mathematical precision which collectively makes the whole phenomenon very intriguing.

There are crop-circle enthusiasts in their thousands who descend on the picturesque English countryside to find answers to the question that troubles them even in sleep. Some use sleeping bags to sleep in the fields with the full blessings of the farmers to catch the culprits – extra-terrestrials or otherwise; they use modern technology such as night-vision glasses, GPS and even devices that can detect the slightest movement of a living creature, but to no avail.

The crop-circle phenomenon has been baffling the Europeans for centuries. It got a fresh breath of life in the eighties as a series of large crop circles suddenly appeared from nowhere in the fields of English country side. According to legends, it was the work of the devil who is always in the habit of making surprises – grabbing the earliest available opportunity to deceive the masses, at least according to Evangelical Christians.

Since scientists failed to explain the phenomenon – apart from expressing the surprise at the event – folks with an open mind, look up to heavens in seeking an explanation for the mystery. Our curiosity brings us to the brink of the eternal fact – there is no design without a designer.

If terrestrials cannot prove the skill to produce the creation beyond reasonable doubt, we have to turn to their counterparts in the other realm while suppressing our arrogance in a reasonable measure – for a simple answer with a good motive.

I still think that the "Hoaxers" still think they are hoaxing
but in reality, ETs are making them do it unconciously !
How`s that for a theory ?

sounds better than most theorys T.
i was thinking along the lines of nano tech robts in beer attatching them selves to the nuro-cortex of the brain and controlling them while they sleep? but i think we also have to take into account the roo`s sheep and other stoned critters stumbling around creating them?
where do these fit into the conspiracy T.

Denver UFO initiative attacked by NASA 'solar ambassador'
June 27, 9:55 PM

Jeff Peckman NASA UFO extraterrestrial JPL NBCThe Denver ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission is under attack. A hostile comment against the initiative was aired during a live question and answer session on the June 21 segment of "Your Show", a Sunday morning program on Denver's NBC TV affiliate, Channel 9 News. My name is Jeff Peckman, the author and chief proponent of the ballot initiative.

Regarding the ballot initiative, viewer Larry Sessions wrote online before the show, "No, no, no, no, no! It is an insult to human intelligence, an indictment of the Denver citizenry, and a blatant waster of taxpayer money to even consider such a completely groundless claim. Denver has better things to be concerned about." I heard his comment for the first time during the show and knew nothing about Mr. Sessions.

At first glance it appeared as if Mr. Sessions was sincere about conserving taxpayer money but just misinformed. The ballot initiative he is attacking as a "blatant waster of taxpayer money.." states very clearly that one of the purposes of the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission will be

To Fund the Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission entirely from grants, gifts and donations, without requiring any fiscal outlay from the city budget."

But the hostility of his comment got me curious. So I Googled his name and guess what? His agenda was obvious. Sessions is one of the so-called "solar ambassadors" for NASA and its Jet Propulsion Laboratory. That creates a serious credibility and hypocrisy problem for Sessions, a local teacher at Metropolitan State College.

Just this last year, NASA itself has been the target for allegations of fraud and waste of taxpayer money. Many of these attacks have come from Congress, the White House, and the mainstream media. I've written about such alleged fraud in previous articles. One article features comments by whistle-blowers with inside information about NASA. Another about is about UK hacker Gary McKinnon and his discovery of UFO files at NASA.

It is known by Disclosure Project whistle-blowers that NASA removes images of extraterrestrial craft from its photos and videos to pretend it has not seen them. Then NASA continues to get over $17 billion a year from taxpayers to keep looking for signs of intelligent life outside Earth's atmosphere. NASA has even claimed on its web site that "We are honest and ethical in everything we do". How is that different from a publicly held company defrauding investors?

Denver taxpayers proportionately pay over $30 million each year and Colorado taxpayers pay about $240 million per year, to fund NASA. What they get in return is fraud and deception. As a college teacher, Sessions also gets funded partly by taxpayers to spread NASA's self-serving propaganda. It's a sweet deal that he probably feels could be threatened if the public finds out the truth through the ballot initiative.

Just for the record, I love seeing photos from the Hubble telescope. But not all of NASA's bloated budget projects are as appealing. In 2008, the $720 million Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, the most expensive disposable camera in history, photographed the $480 million Mars Phoenix Lander, the most expensive vacuum cleaner in history.

And what did this overpriced vacuum cleaner do on Mars? It snorted dust, sucked on ice, and passed out, like one of those celebrities you see on the cover of tabloids. There is no doubt that Sessions and NASA's other PR flacks were wetting themselves with excitement even though a billion or more people in the world don't have clean water.

Then there is the $134 million NASA IBEX Probe being sent to the edge of the solar system. What's at the edge of the solar system anyway? Food for the hungry? Shelter for the homeless? Jobs for the unemployed? Is there anything out there of any value to anyone not working for NASA? The first message coming back from the probe might as well be something like, "Whoa, this place is bleeping big! Who knew? The extraterrestrial civilizations are amazing but don't let that out, just keep sending money."

If Session's comment about a "groundless claim" is in reference to extraterrestrial civilizations and their vehicles, don't take my word for it. Instead, refer to astronauts and engineers who had close-up views. According to George Filer, former Lockheed Skunkworks engineer Don Phillips at the Disclosure Project said,

These UFOs were huge and they would just come to a stop and do a 60 degree, 45 degree, 10 degree turn, and then immediately reverse this action".

Filer added that during the Apollo landing, Neil Armstrong said,

They're here. They are right over there and look at the size of those ships. And, it is obvious they don't like us being here". Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, has been very vocal about ending the government cover-up of UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations.

But of course Mr. Sessions, being a loyal NASA propagandist, would dismiss all such claims. To Larry Sessions I say,

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! Denver has better things to be concerned about, like investigating alleged fraud being perpetrated against American taxpayers by NASA and its network of propagandists.

Are NASA's "solar ambassadors" knowingly defrauding the public and brainwashing innocent youth with NASA's pseudo-scientific myths? If so, Sessions might curse the day he used the word "indictment", as he could find himself on the receiving end of one. My final question to Larry Sessions is, "Under the most ideal weather conditions, how many stars can someone see at night when looking out of a prison window?"

Buzz Aldrin weighs into NASA

Buzz Aldrin has thrown his weight behind those who believe that the Ares component of NASA's Constellation programme is on a hike to nowhere.

The NASA veteran has insisted the US needs to reprieve the space shuttle for extended operations until 2015, pending development of viable lifting technologies which might ultimately carry mankind to Mars.

Writing in Popular Mechanics, Aldrin's bold plan for the future of space exploration calls for Constellation's Orion capsule to ride a Delta IV or Atlas V, while private space ventures such as SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon capsule should handle low-Earth orbit tasks.

SpaceX's commercial Falcon venture should, he stresses, be backed by a reprieved shuttle which can until 2015 reduce "unacceptable" US reliance on Russian Soyuz tech to supply the International Space Station.

Aldrin also says any attempted return to the Moon should be an international effort, in which China, Europe, India, Japan and Russia should do the "lion's share of the planning, technical development and funding". He notes: "By renouncing our goal of being first on the Moon (again), we would call off Space Race II with the Chinese and encourage them to channel their ambitious lunar efforts into the consortium."

The veteran astronaut insists: "The agency's current Vision for Space Exploration will waste decades and hundreds of billions of dollars trying to reach the moon by 2020 - a glorified rehash of what we did 40 years ago. Instead of a steppingstone to Mars, NASA's current lunar plan is a detour."

Regarding the Red Planet, Aldrin provocatively suggests NASA should set its sights on "comets, asteroids and Mars's moon Phobos as intermediate destinations" for an "entirely new spacecraft that I call the Exploration Module, or XM".

The XM, he elaborates, could be "based on NASA's canceled space station Habitation Module"* and ready for testing as early as 2014. By 2025, the XM could be fit to touch down on Martian moon Phobos, described as "the perfect perch from which to monitor and control the robots that will build the infrastructure on the Martian surface, in preparation for the first human visitors".

Aldrin concludes: "But for this dream to happen, NASA needs to dramatically change its ways. Its myopic Vision for Space Exploration will never get us to Mars. Progressive innovation and enlightened international cooperation will. President Obama and Congress need to set NASA right - and soon."

"It will derail our Mars effort, siphoning off money and engineering talent for the next two decades. If we aspire to a long-term human presence on Mars - and I believe that should be our overarching goal for the foreseeable future - we must drastically change our focus."

Aldrin's entertaining broadside will certainly find favour with SpaceX's Elon Musk, who recently told the Obama-appointed human spaceflight review committee his company should be chosen to do "domestic" lifting.

It furthermore endorses the opinion of space shuttle programme manager John Shannon who insisted the level of funding for Constellation "basically took away the lunar programme".

Shannon is backing a "Heavy Lift Vehicle", based on existing space-shuttle lifting technology which could project a crew capsule to orbit or, suitably modified, carry a lander to the Moon.

That Ares will never fulfil NASA's lofty ambitions for the technology is a view shared by Stephen Metschan, proponent of the DIRECT plan's "Jupiter" vehicle - another giant fuel tank backed by solid booster proposal, which could also reach the Moon.

Whatever the human spaceflight review committee eventually decides, it's likely to restrict itself to the modest short-term aims of keeping the ISS victualled and just how to get the US of A back to the lunar surface.

Sadly, a manned jaunt to Phobos from where astronauts can view robotic Buzz Aldrins terraforming Mars for permanent human occupation are likely beyond even America's current capabilties and wallet. ®
